Edit: Sorry if this thing shows up twice I uploaded it earlier, but it vanished! O_O So I had to resubmit it... again
 More craptacular water-color looking photshop junk... This is was best on my favorite (once upon a time) drawing I did eva! Which was done in MS paint... Well I redrew it from scratch I might add, and Photshopped it this time. Minor difference include a different exspression (last time he didn't look "neutral" enough he actually looked "good' ), More detail on his hair, armor (mainly the dragon emblem), sword and cape, the scar looks alot better to me as well.
