Collab with ~renezinha [link] I saw this and just had to color it because Tira looks so adorable!  I also like the way she made it a mix of her SC3 and SC4 costumes (FYI if Tira let her hair down it prolly would be this long). Also, there's a very good reason why the bear has brown hair and blue eyes heheheh... Colored in Adobe Photoshop CS3 took around 30 minutes to finish.
